Since 2006 I have been accompanying and assisting Italian companies that have dealings in France. I specialize in French labor and commercial law.
I graduated with honors from the University of Milan in 2003. I have been registered with the Milan Bar since 2006 and with the Paris Bar since 2011; I am also a member of the fiduciary lawyers of the Italian Consulate General in Paris.
I have been a partner in an international firm based in Paris (Studio WENNER), of Counsel and head of the French Desk of the MMSLEX law firm. I opened my own law firm in 2018 and founded Frenchlex. I provide assistance to Italian and French business groups for all transactions in the French market.
My work goes beyond the practice of law, I am in fact also the author of several texts on Italian administrative and civil law and essays on European and comparative law I regularly speak at seminars and conferences in the subjects of my expertise and I animate training programs in French labor and commercial law.
I am president of the University Alumni Association in France, a member of the board of the Coordination of Italian Professional Associations in Paris, and a member of the board of the Global Thinking Foundation in France.
